FIRE SPRINKLER
ELITE specializes in fire sprinkler systems. Installing and maintaining them up to NFPA standards and codes. With our extent knowledge of fire protection, we design sprinkler systems to integrate smoothly with the existing plumbing and electrical of the structure. Whether outfitting a factory or an entire restaurant, you can be assured your fire sprinkler system will work at the highest standard.
Dry sprinkler systems tend to collect condensation during warmer weather, and when exposed to freezing temperatures, the pipes often freeze up. Frozen pipes will cause a failure in the system and damage pipes. Elite follows the NFPA-25 standard of draining the pipes of any liquid before the cold weather arrives. Preventing any expensive repairs.
INSPECTIONS
Our team of experienced and full of highly-trained inspectors know what to look for in fire safety systems. From testing them appropriately and how to repairing Fire Extinguishers and Sprinkler Systems. With years of experience, we will help you repair and bring any fire safety system up to code. Our inspections and maintenance are conducted in accordance with NFPA-25 standards. The inspections are as follows:
Monthly inspections: Visual inspections of fire sprinkler and stand pimp systems.
Quarterly inspections: Include main drain tests and inspector test flow to ensure the flow of water is up to standard.
Annual inspection: Include a visual inspection for insurance purposes.
TESTING
NFPA states all fire protection systems shall be inspected and tested periodically. ELITE provides periodic testing in accordance with NFPA-25 "Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems"” Areas of testing are as follows:

VIOLATIONS
“Notice of Violation”- No business owner wants to hear that. With ELITE, you will not have to worry about them ever again! The ELITE team has a very strong bond with the FDNY. The FDNY will issue a " Notice of Violation" for numerous reasons ranging from the correct paint color to equipment not meeting standards. Whatever the case may be, ELITE will fix the issue in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
